From NYfirearms.com

"Well everyone, it has apparently already begun. One of our members and a friend had two rifles seized by the Lancaster PD on April 16. Here are the circumstances. They were shooting on private land with permission. A nearby resident who happened to be a retired police chief called the police and reported that there was shooting very close to his house and he found a round in his yard. He did not see the round fired or land but claimed it came from the quarry where these individuals were shooting. There were three guys total.

When the police showed up they accused the three of firing the round into the chief’s property. They all denied it. They had a large backstop and the distance was far. The bullet drop would have been at least 9 feet (distance of over 170 feet) and there is no way it hit the property. However even if it did, it would have been inadvertent and shooting regularly occurs on this property. The police demanded to know if they had permission to shoot there, they all said yes they had oral permission. The police then lied and stated that they are guilty of trespassing if the permission is not in writing. That is completely false. Our member then invoked his right to speak with an attorney, and the officer copped an attitude saying something to the effect so you think you are a smart guy and immediately cuffed him. All three were taken to the station. The rifles were locked in the trunk before the police arrived so they did not see them. They impounded the car. Our member was released, as was one of his friends. The individual firing the 9mm rounds that they claimed was the one that hit the property was charged with reckless endangerment. The police chief produced a pristine 9mm bullet and our member saw it and believes it was pulled from a case and never fired. Although they were released, the car was held until today.

When our member went to retrieve his car, both rifles that were locked in the trunk were gone, as was their cases. They were not give a receipt or any notice of seizure. Neither has been charged at this time. The configuration of the rifles is as follows: our member’s rifle was an AR-15 chambered in 5.56 with the ARMR2 device attached, it had features. The other rifle was a Beretta CX4 Storm chambered in 9mm. It was featureless. Neither was registered. Clearly the Beretta would not have to be registered under any scenario, it was featureless. Therefore the seizure of both is puzzling at this time. There are several possibilities: 1) they claim the rifles were non-complaint and were seized as being in violation of the Safe Act. However there was no discussion about whether the owners reasonably believe they were compliant, and the chance given to register. Nor were they charged. I would expect one of the two to occur. 2) they intend to charge him but have not done so yet. 3) they seized the rifles as instruments used in the commission of a crime (reckless endangerment). However that is also puzzling because they would have to be told the firearms were being held as evidence against the individual charged, and are entitled to a receipt. They did not get one. The only other possibility is that they actually claim the trespass was the crime. This type of trespass is not a crime even if it is true. It is a civil matter.

I felt this was significant enough that you all should be advised and forewarned. I cannot at this time state this is a Safe Act case yet because we just don’t know yet. But something is rotten in Denmark. The member has been advised to call the police tomorrow and advise the rifles where compliant, they both had legal advice they were so, and that they believed in good faith they were compliant and registration was not required. They will ask for the return of the rifles. I will update you all. If we determine this has nothing to do with the Safe Act, I will immediately let you know. The member wanted me to post this so you all know about this. Right now, I believe they seized them as Safe Act violations. Nothing else makes any sense given the facts. Stay tuned.

NOTE: I apologize a couple of points were incorrect. I did not have my notes when I posted this. The bullet was a 9mm round. Not 5.56. The backdrop was 50 feet high, and the bullet drop was 9 feet not 9 inches for that distance. He was not Mirandized at any time but were asked to consent to a search. He declined. That is why the search did not occur until after the impounding. I corrected the OP but wanted to make sure whoever already read it realized it was a 9mm round, not 5.56."

Image: Cattle Grave (Bundy Ranch Facebook).
Posted to the official Bundy Ranch Facebook page, the gruesome image shows several dead cattle being removed from a makeshift grave discovered just this weekend.
“Digging up 1 of the HUGE holes where they threw the cows that they had ran to death or shot,” the picture’s description reads. “I feel that this NEEDS to be put out for the public to see.”
The picture backs up reports by several people including Nevada assemblywoman Michele Fiore, who commented on the BLM’s cattle graves last Tuesday.
“Near their compound, right off the highway, they were digging holes,” Fiore said. “They tried to bury some cows on the compound, but I guess they didn’t dig the hole deep enough, so they throw a cow in and they put dirt over him and you have cows’ legs sticking up out of the dirt.”
Fiore also displayed several photos on her Twitter account Sunday, labeling the incident the “BLM Massacre.”

Video from the area also revealed holes in water tanks, a smashed tortoise burrow, as well as destroyed fences and water lines.
“They had total control of this land for one week, and look at the destruction they did in one week,” Corey Houston, family friend of Cliven Bundy, told Fox News last week. “Nowhere in the court order that I saw does it say that they can destroy infrastructure, destroy corrals, tanks … desert environment, shoot cattle.”

The Southern Poverty Law Center labels any group they disagree with as terrorists or hate groups. Also, they think the Militia was started to control the slaves and the second amendment is for hunting....not surprising there isn't one liberal terrorist or hate group labeled on their site.....

GRAND RAPIDS, MI – When officers cleaned out Kalamazoo County sheriff’s sergeant Matthew E. Emmert’s locker upon his retirement in early December, 2012, they found an unregistered machine gun in the back.
With the proper tax stamps and approvals, it is perfectly legal to own a fully functioning machine gun.  Mr. Emmert, however did not possess the necessary tax stamps for the STEN submachine gun, which he allegedly acquired in exchange for a shotgun from another deputy in the late 1990s.
But instead of spending ten years in federal prison like us mere mortals, Mr. Emmert cut a deal with prosecutors and is only paying a $250 fine.  To put in perspective just how lenient that punishment is, consider that the amount of money the federal government charges to simply transfer a machine gun is $200.
Mr. Emmert’s retirement comes after allegations that he recorded another deputy pumping breast milk in the office.  The county wound up paying $200,000 to the deputy in the video.
BLM wants to steal land like their doing in Nevada and sell it to private corporations for Shall/gas production.  Here's the memo from their website: DLM MEMO.

For awhile now I have been a supporter of groups that expose unconstitutional actions against the American people by law enforcement. The leader in this fight is Copblock.org. Up until today I have been promoting them, but after seeing this post I have resigned my support and now feel the need to expose them for what they have become. Read below the anti-military hippy garbage that lead many in the 1970's to spit on our heroes from The Vietnam War. Also how dare they compare our Military to gang bangers

"Regardless of the costume you may where, the number of others condoning or even glorifying your behavior, the federal reserve notes or benefits you might even receive or even the good intentions you may have had when 'joining'...
initiating force against, stealing, extorting, blackmailing, kidnapping and/or bullying peaceful people is wrong.

This may seem like a basic, easy to grasp concept that most can wrap their head around, no? I would like to think so but I've got to level with you on some things I can't help but notice.
When it comes down to how your average citizen responds to routine financial shake downs, intrusions of privacy and continually progressive initiations of force against our very way of lives I am not only discouraged and embarrassed... but legitimately afraid of this 1984 like reality I will be leaving my children in.
I understand that a lot of these atrocities are decorated as a humanitarian or safety effort but is all of this propaganda really that hard to see through? While I am touching base on some of my thoughts regarding the gang like militarized police force and the imposed 'required' act of submission towards the state for them to allow 'peaceful coexistence', I can note that this is a common strategy used when conditioning and justifying a variety of things to the nation of debt slaves- uh, public. I meant to say to the public.
The escalation of police brutality and the toxic hero worship mentality towards the military and public servants who are harming peaceful people is something more moral people should direct some attention towards. Violence, murder and kidnapping is not something I can or will stomach or condone- even if you are paid for it.
In peace and liberty,

Members of Congress make more than three times the median income of an American citizen, but one representative believes it’s not enough.

U.S. Rep. Jim Moran.(AFP Photo / Alex Wong)Speaking with CQ Roll Call, Rep. Jim Moran (D-Va.) said that the $174,000 annual salary lawmakers receive is not adequate enough compensation for their role in the government, to the point that their quality of life in Washington, DC, is affected.

“I think the American people should know that the members of Congress are underpaid,” Moran said. “I understand that it’s widely felt that they under perform, but the fact is that this is the board of directors for the largest economic entity in the world.”

Moran claimed that since lawmakers have to maintain two households – one in DC and one back in their home state – their allotted salary keeps them from living properly and spending time with their families.

Though Moran believes his compensation is too low, it’s still well above the median household income in the United States. As noted by CNN, that number was roughly $51,000 in 2012, statistically the same as the year before but down 8.3 percent since 2007.

According to the Associated Press, Congress has frozen its pay at $174,000 since 2010, and the House of Representatives is moving to keep the freeze in place another year. This approach did not garner the support of Moran, who is proposing an amendment that would grant congressional members a per diem payment to lessen the cost of housing.

“Our pay has been frozen for three years and we’re planning on freezing it a fourth year. … A lot of members can’t even afford to live decently in Washington,” he told Roll Call.

"There are too many members living and sleeping in their offices. And it's wrong," Moran added to the AP. "And when you look into it, it's not that they're cheap, it's not that they're trying to game the system. They can't afford to live here. It's wrong."

Despite his move, Moran admitted to local DC news outlet WTOP that the amendment won’t gain much traction among his colleagues.

Rep. Tom Cole (R-Okla.) agreed, telling the AP, "You won't get a lot of votes. But you'll make a lot of friends."

A Military Veteran and College student was suspended for asking The Governor of Connecticut questions about his gun control legislation. This is what typical socialism looks like: ask questions and get punished.

                               Protest

Students gathered in solitude over the loss of a fellow student, when their principle came in and asked for all the students to show their I.D. and openly said he was "disappointed" in them. One student quickly responded "We are disappointed in you", two cops were immediately dispatched and the student was arrested.

Is this what we want our children to think is right? Do we need police in our schools to enforce the whims of teachers?

In the news, you may have heard that earth quakes are on the rise in the Ring Of Fire region and especially around Yellow Stone National Park, including a 4.8 magnitude earthquake that occurred under the Norris Ridge.

Did you also hear Helium 4 a gas that has been recorded as being released before other volcanoes erupted is currently being released at alarming levels?

What about the ground raising 10 inches in the last few weeks directly over the huge 30-50 km magma chamber?

Or the large number of animals LEAVING the park at a running pace?

Apparently the U.S.G.S have been tight lipped and dismissive of the current conditions occurring around the region.

Yet why is FEMA planning drills nationally, involving continuity of government which includes large scale earthquakes as being the cause?

Below is a screen print of the PDF discovered.

If the U.S.G.S isn't telling the American people the truth about what's occurring and FEMA appears to be training for it, where does that leave us?

First, remember the HUGE AMMO purchase that DHS  made? You know 27 Years worth of war amounts. Well, think about the impact of an eruption the size of Yellow Stone.

Yellow Stone Compared to Mt. St. Helen's Eruption
Something like 10,000 Atomic bombs going off, enough energy to have a five hundred mile kill radius, with ash meters deep, which would extend to the east coast. It will be "a world as we know it" event. Simply put 2/3 of the population wiped out in a few months after the eruption. Globally, we would see a mini ice age extending for one to many decades. You maybe asking yourself, "why aren't they saying anything?" Simple, they want the roads clear, the air traffic to a minimum and supplies to be readily available for government personal first, leaving the general population with a few hours to scramble. In other words, they know their is nothing they can do for the millions who will be caught unprepared.

Is it a conspiracy theory?

No. Yellow Stone will erupt sooner than later, we are due for another actually.

ALBANY — Thousands of people gathered on the Empire State Plaza in Albany on Tuesday speaking out against the NY SAFE Act.

Gun rights activists ripped Gov. Andrew Cuomo for enacting the gun law last year. People at the rally held signs that said, “I’m the NRA,” “Kiss my assault stick, Andy-boy,” among others.

A veteran brought a life-size Gov. Andrew Cuomo doll, portrayed as a puppet hanging from strings. The sign read, “I have $33 million in my war chest, you can’t touch me!”Speaking at the rally was celebrity billionaire Donald Trump, Buffalo businessman and 2010 Republican candidate for governor Carl Paladino and this year’s Republican candidate for governor Rob Astorino.

“It’s just negative after negative and after everything they give you the NY SAFE Act,” Trump said to the crowd. “We have to protect the Second Amendment.”

The state's Secure Ammunition and Firearms Enforcement Act bans the possession of high-capacity magazines, creates a registry of assault weapons and requires ammunition dealers to do background checks.

New Yorkers have until April 15 to register guns that are considered assault weapons under the SAFE Act.

Sen. Kathy Marchione, R-Halfmoon, and Assemblyman Steve McLaughlin, R-Melrose, attended the rally. Also spotted at the rally was Jim Fischer, a Republican challenging U.S. Rep. Paul Tonko, D-Amsterdam.

The pro-gun rally was organized by SCOPE, Shooters Committee on Political Education. National Rifle Association President Tom King stopped by but did not participate in the rally.

                                                                                                                 From: www.bizpacreview.com
A Georgia radio talk show host told his listeners Tuesday that he would like nothing better than to shoot a National Rifle Association board member. He didn’t mention names, so I assume he’s an equal opportunity NRA board member shooter.
Liberal radio host Mike Malloy was all fired up about the Safe Carry Protection Act that the Georgia House had recently approved. The bill would extend the places in which licensed concealed carry holders could possess weapons.
He began his diatribe with an outright lie: “This organization founded by Gabrielle Giffords, you remember her, the former Arizona congresswoman that Sarah Palin and Glenn Beck suggested should be murdered….”
Actually, nothing could be further from the truth. Immediately after the Giffords shooting, Palin emailed Beck that she hated violence. This was in response to Beck’s email that “peace is always the answer.”
So much for honest liberal radio commentary. I get the feeling this guy moonlights as a speechwriter for Harry Reid, the U.S. Senate majority leader.
He continued his rant:
The NRA, which they’re behind this of course, they want guns everywhere. Jesus Christ! I would like to invite one of the NRA board members, and I’ll be armed, let’s just get this over with, OK? Come on down to Georgia and I’ll be packing heat and you be packing heat or whether you want to or not, I don’t give a damn, it’s up to you. And you come, meet me someplace, and all of a sudden, see, we have stand your ground here, and all of a sudden I’m going to feel real goddamned threatened by you! And I will shoot you! If I feel threatened. The law says I can!
He closed the segment with a flourish — a maniacal laugh that should have brought the men in white coats rushing to the station with sirens howling to take him away to his own padded cell. “Ha ha ha ha ha, ha ha ha ha ha!” You can listen to it here via Newsbusters.
On the one hand, progressives seem to always want to take guns away from law-abiding citizens, on the other it generally turns out that they’re the violent ones.
Case in point: Also this week, a California lawmaker, who was a huge proponent of strict gun control legislation, was arrested by the FBI for trafficking weapons, including rocket launchers. It all kinda makes a person wonder — just what did he have in mind for all those rocket launchers?

Finally someone put the idea of the Second Amendment being outdated to rest.

The news report in the video below focuses only on the "bad" protesters and nothing about how the police used military tactics to disperse the people who the police are servants to. Frankly, America needs to wake up.

We control our government, not the other way around.  Molon Labe!

March 30, 2014

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) — Hundreds of protesters marched past riot police in downtown Albuquerque on Sunday, days after a YouTube video emerged threatening retaliation for a recent deadly police shooting.

The video, which bore the logo of the computer hacking collective Anonymous, warned of a cyberattack on city websites and called for the protest march.

Albuquerque police said their site had been breached early Sunday afternoon and remained down hours later.

Investigators had not uncovered the source of the hack, police spokesman Simon Drobik said.

"We can confirm that the website disruption is due to a cyberattack," he said. The site was not "connected to any critical services" and IT personnel are working on the problem, Drobik said.

The demonstrators, meanwhile, arrived at Civic Plaza holding signs protesting recent police shootings, and activists called on various city officials to resign. They marched about 2 miles toward the University of New Mexico.

Albuquerque police have been involved in 37 shootings, 23 of them fatal since 2010. Critics say that's far too many for a department serving a city of about 555,000.

The U.S. Justice Department has been investigating the department for more than a year, looking into complaints of civil rights violations and allegations of excessive use of force.

Last week, Albuquerque police fatally shot a man at a public housing complex. Authorities said he shot at officers before they returned fire.

In the shooting on March 16 that led to the YouTube posting Tuesday, a homeless man was killed in the foothills of the Sandia Mountains on the east side of Albuquerque. The shooting was captured on video and followed a long standoff.

Anonymous, a loosely organized worldwide hacking group, has been blamed for breaking into confidential information and defacing websites.

The FBI has opened an investigation into the shooting.
