Well it's that time of year again when Americans around the country gather around the t.v. and dig into their favorite treats and watch the President debate a t.v. show host? I mean after all our whole political system is based on a two party adversary system which the illusion of victory is given to one group and the other loses. But for some it's common knowledge that there is little we can do to change anything in our government because the elite with their unlimited money and influence get what they want, which usually goes against what the people want or need.

So is it conditioning for the American people to see the President and the opposition going head to head on the same day as the Superbowl? Does it cheapen our political discourse? That's for the people to decide, but I can tell you it's the very reason why third parties cannot break through the fog to gain a foothold in Congress.

Libertarian Political Party Logo Print from Zazzle.comFor instance, the Libertarian Party who advocates limited government and full freedom to the people to the extent that with no victim, there is no crime, would appear to be a winning platform in the land of the free and the home of brave but sadly, it is not. It appears that the majority of Americans cannot break away from the two party system, even stranger is how many American have an almost fear of change in their political beliefs and in some cases get rather angry at the mention of a third party. Case in point, try bringing up the Libertarian Party to a liberal, I would bet they would dismiss the Party has a Republican spin off and crazy Ron Paul supporters. Yet if you ask Republicans they would do just the opposite. Why? Because their corporate handlers do not want it, thus it does not exist. Americans will continue to watch the game and cheer their team and feel they are winning; oh yeah, there will be football too.

For the second time in President Obama's career, he faced off against Bill O'Reilly. No surprise it was weak and non-confrontational but rather like W.W.F, feels real and exciting but really just a well executed dance of words. The talking points were stale and a clear line was drawn in the political sand that either crossed. Mr. O'Reilly first brought up the conservative dead horse topic of Benghazi, which President Obama deflected and gave his usually answer of it being someone else's fault. President Obama actually blamed the security forces on the ground.

"In the aftermath what became clear was the security was laxed, that not all the precautions that needed to be taken were taken," Obama continued. "And both myself and Secretary Clinton indicated as much."

Blaming the dead and not taking responsibility as President is shameful, but we all must be careful because the label racist is the most common defense of the Obama bot and is used more than E.B.T cards in the hands of illegals.

The next "major" topic was the IRS scandal and how the President's helpers in the IRS used their "powers" to squeeze out political opponents by taking away their 501c status, effectively shutting them down. The most Bill could muster to ask was why didn't Obama didn't fire Kathleen Sebelius. Really Bill? Of course President Obama replied "Our main focus is, 'How do we make this thing work?'"

How do we make this work, Mr. President? Get rid of this costly, choice limiting and most notable over reach of government into people's lives, since the so-called 16th Amendment to the Constitution was ratified in the dead of night. Lastly, in great President Obama fashion, he played off the promise that you could keep your insurance if you liked it and once again blamed someone else, this time it was Mr. O'Reilly by stating "You've got a long list of my mistakes, Bill," Obama said.... "I try to focus not on the fumbles but on the next play." Once again, showing that the President will not and just plain can't take responsibility for any of his mistakes. I guess it must be Bush's fault.

Former Seattle Seahawks and Denver Broncos
player John Moffitt quit mid-season and walked away from one-million dollar contract because he felt "...like the craze of the NFL and the obsession nationwide is the biggest distraction and some of the worst television at times, and just, like, a waste of time,"
Was this a hint for the masses to wake up for something only the elite know is coming? It is no secret that the public has lost almost all trust in government to inform the public and to do the right thing.
Is this a veiled warning considering that a NFL player gave up a million dollars of fiat currency to pursue independent media? Many Americans know that the mainstream media is biased and only release information to help their corporate handlers and to sway public opinion on political issues. This can be seen specially in the gun control debate seen on MSNBC and most other liberal media stations. The use of catch phases and scary words like "assault" weapon, or statements suggesting that failure to act to curb our collective right to bear arms will result in children dying. Even through most Americans disagree with this agenda.

The First Amendment was created to keep government in check and to keep the populace in updated on governmental issues. In the past century this principle has been crushed under the weight of profits over truth and political agenda over the people's right to the truth.

“Once a government is committed to the principle of silencing the voice of opposition, it has only one way to go, and that is down the path of increasingly repressive measures, until it becomes a source of terror to all its citizens and creates a country where everyone lives in fear.”
~Harry Truman

Waving An American Flag Is Now Illegal On Overpasses in Campbell, Wisconsin.

In Campbell, Wisc. it is now illegal to display a flag or a sign on overpasses, punishable by a $132 fine. Protesters claim that the new ordinance infringes on their constitutional rights. While the town council claims it poses a risk to drivers who might become distracted by their flags and signs.

While protesters were holding signs and waving flags on the overpass to address their desire for the impeachment of President Obama, police arrived and started to ticket protesters who held flags, signs and even those who were just wearing t-shirts with messages. The police claim that they had been threatened and called "Nazi's" and "Brown Shirts" for just enforcing the restrictions on free speech.

Currently commercial and D.O.T signs do not have the same restrictions, leaving some believing the town council which is mainly liberal democrats, are unfairly using the ordinance to limit the speech of those who oppose the president or the liberal agenda. I came across a video last week that showed a person from Georgia trying to melt snow with a BIC lighter. In the video you see the snow turn black and with no apparent water dripping from the snow. At first, it seemed really strange and well, disturbing to say the least. But after digging a little deeper on the internet I found that there was a natural explanation for this occurring and no it isn't chem trails or a government conspiracy but rather a known chemistry explanation called Sublimation.

Sublimation describes the process by which water is vaporized by heat without producing water, I.E. solid to gas transformation. The black residue is caused by butane which burns very dirty.

"Sublimation is the transition of a substance directly from the solid to the gas phase without passing through an intermediate liquid phase. Sublimation is an endothermic phase transition that occurs at temperatures and pressures below a substance's triple point in its phase diagram. The reverse process of sublimation is desublimation, or deposition."   Source: Wikipedia.org

Review: Masterpiece arms MPA930T

Masterpiece Arms Website

 The Nuts and Bolts

Top Cocker
Thread Size: 1/2 x 28
3.5" Threaded Barrel
Hammer with Disconnect - No Trigger Slap Design

 General Impression

I recently got to try Masterpiece Arms Mini 9mm Pistol (MPA930t) and let me tell you how very surprised I was by the the quality of this firearm and how much of a blast it was to put rounds down range with it.

What's included

What comes in the box: delivered in a very nice hard ABS case with foam pads
(1) 32 round Tapco Magazine, MPA930T Top cocking pistol with threaded barrel, (1)Barrel Safety extension ,Owners manual with exploded view of internal parts,Magazine Loader.

Fit and Finish

The MPA930T was heavily oiled and was placed in a plastic bag. Once I removed the Firearm from the bag and inspected the parkerization I found no defeats and the coating seemed very deep and rugged. After wiping the excess grease, I found no scratches or dents.

Action was smooth and charging the firearm was smooth but for some who may not be as strong could be a little difficult but that is the nature of the firearm. Barrel  threads were not damaged and the safety extension easily attached and fit snug.

Loading the Magazine

The Tapco Magizane is very well constructed and my worries about the ABS material not being as high quality has the stein metal mags was quickly forgotten.

Loading the magazine was easy until until the15th round and than the mag loader became very handy and made that next 17 rounds very easy to load.

Firing the Firearm

Inserting the Magazine was smooth and attached firmly. Charging the firearm was smooth and in my opinion there is nothing quite like the sound of a MPA chambering a round. With the Safety extension, the MPA930T wasn't too unbalanced and trigger pull was smooth and not heavy. Recoil was very manageable and after five rounds, grouping at 15 yards was great. When rapid firing the MPA930T the action was consistent and very fast. Firing without the Safety extension made the MPA930T more balanced but did not diminish the accuracy.

Overall Opinion

For the price, this is the best built pistol I have ever fired. It might be on the heavy side but the weight helps with recoil and the construction materials are high quality only helping the look of the MPA930T. I received many compliments and received a few thumbs up,along with smiles at the range.  4 1/2 out of 5 stars.

An Auburn, Maine bus driver called 911 after hearing a child on his bus say "rifle" out loud, stating "that he did not dare to confront the student" which how can we blame him, given the outlandishness fear our leaders have instilled in our society about lifeless objects and their large capacity "clips"; had police handle it. After the State Police searched the young boy's backpack they found a power ranger plastic gun! No charges were filed but the school has decided to have a meeting with the parents and decide what punishment is necessary.

This sort of behavior, which might seem random or founded on good intentions but not be so innocent in nature. Public schools are government indoctrination stations, where children are told what is right and wrong, after all us parents just are to busy working to keep a roof over our own heads to actually instill good American civic responsibility. But really think about it, what better way to delete the 2nd amendment from our collective rights than to demonize them at every turn. Children across the country have been suspended just for making a gun gesture with their hands, or with their lunch. It is truly sad indeed and the only way to correct this course of events to have law-abiding citizens lawfully open carry or have open discussions about our right to own guns. I believe a lot of gun owners are too scared to come out and say they own firearms, and a lot of anti-gun people might be really surprised to find out that their best friends, family or any other non-school shooter safely owns and uses firearms.   Molon Labe.

Omar Figueredo and Nancy Morales were detained and arrested for not showing I.D. and refusing to answer questions regarding their citizenship. Apparently, you do not have civil rights in a Constitution-free zone. Please watch the video below and ask yourself, "Is this the future you want for your kids?"

WASHINGTON-Last Monday, Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius testified before the Senate Finance Committee in support of the President’s $891 billion spending request for her department.

“In the state of the union address, President Obama stated how the United States can win the future by out-educating , outbuilding and out-innovating the world, so we can give every family and business the chance to thrive” she said. “Our 2012 budget is the blueprint to putting that vision into action.” She also acknowledged the growing debt and how it is unsustainable and said changes elsewhere could help lower the debt.

U.S. Sen. Max Baucus D-Montana quoted President Harry Truman:” The health of all its citizens deserves the help of all the Nation. “
Baucus stated that last year seniors with Medicare drug benefits found some prescriptions unaffordable. This year those same seniors will receive a 50 percent discount on prescription drugs, a result of the historic Affordable Health Care Act.

U.S. Sen. Orrin Hatch, R-Utah, criticized Obama’s recently released Fiscal Year 2012 budget proposal. Orrin blamed Sebelius for implementing 2,400 plus pages of regulation reforms with very little input from the public or from the budget committee.

Since last March, when the Affordable Health Care Act was passed 219 -212 in Congress, Republicans and Democrats have continued to battle over it. Both sides agree that something needs to change to better take care of the American people, but just how to accomplish reform is the hardest step moving forward on both sides of the aisle.
