The Antifa movement is a conglomeration of autonomous, self-styled anti-fascist militant groups in the United States. Who uses violence, harassment, and slander to stop dissenting opinions not related to fascism. They target conservatives, Patriots, and libertarians online, in the public square and at demonstrations. They are responsible for thousands of dollars worth of property damage and countless innocent peoples bodily injuries.

Who comprises the group? Mostly whiny middle-class spoiled brats who couldn't deal with the loss of their dear leader Sanders to the wicked witch of New York, Hillary Clinton. Trained in their ideological brainwashing by overpaid college professors who praise the communist uprisings of the 20th century and gloss over the millions killed by it. In this way, they feel victimized because their lesbian dance theory degree isn't getting them a job and all their role models telling them that they are special snowflakes who can do whatever they want in life, which now means yelling "Nazi" at senior citizens for their MAGA hat.

While I make fun of them, they are a serious threat to innocent people. They have been secretly filmed arming themselves with knives, chains, and other weapons all the while happily talking about beating people bloodily or killing the "Nazis".

Patriots need to have a heightened situational awareness, practice and deploy crowd movement tactics to keep from being surrounded and ALWAYS FILM to save your own ass and to identify threats by face and list them to a group watchlist to avoid inflation and future violence.

If allowed, patriot groups should have non-lethal means of self-defense I.E. pepper spray, flag poles, and bullhorns.

Number One rule: Never back down, voice your opinion and stand tall.

Our favorite gun reviewer Mr. Hickok45. Figured we'd share some full auto goodness.

The attack on 2nd Amendment and it's proponents have been present in daily culture for two decades and have had numerous "victories" including the Assault Weapons Ban of 1994, various states imposing strict laws regarding ownership, registration and even costly background checks on ammo.

Are guns the real threat? Or is it a shifting of culture and a moral breakdown of American values.

Lately, if you own a phone, tv or computer you have seen at times the vile and disgusting propaganda they thrust into the American debate. "Child murders, blood on your hands and face and even going so far as calling a major portion of Americans "sick fucks. " (1)  Even more surprising is the lack of media correcting him, or calling him out for his hardline tactics and name calling and actually joining him in his smear campaign and helping to remove sponsors from the NRA.  What's Mr. Hogg responsive to his bullying? "They need to be more objective" and lectures the opposition how to be civil. Despicable.

Using "children"  to push an ideological agenda isn't new in world history and but it is in the USA. The groups that are propping up the Parkland gang behind the scenes have been unsuccessful on their own. But it seems like they are gaining traction using the kids as a criticism shield, creating a vacuum of opinions slanted to their cause.  To understand their goals, we must know the hows and whys it's growing into a movement among this generation.

The demonization of firearms:  Children at public schools being told they cannot wear NRA t-shirts or depictions of firearms on clothes. A student was suspended for eating a pop tart into a pistol. another student was suspended for drawing a stick figure man with a hunting rifle. Another school until recent outcry suspended students who had contact with firearms OUTSIDE of school. Target practice at a range.

Public Schools and lack of constitutional education: Another than a brief overview of the bill of rights, there is no in-depth discussion of case law, precedent or real-world application of rights as they apply to citizens. Some textbooks misquote the second amendment as a right of the militia which goes against the Heller decision by the Supreme Court, which upheld the individual right to self-defense.

Lack of safe exposure to firearms: With lack of knowledge, experience, and correct information, Fear is fostered against firearms and their owners. throughout the 20th century, public schools had rifle target practice as a part of P.E and during that time mass shootings were not in the vocabulary of the American people.

Emotion, not fact is the rallying cry:  Despite gun-related crime at the lowest levels since the early 90's and deaths lower as well, we see and hear emotional appeals to restrict our rights without facts to back up their appeals.

"We aren't coming for your guns" claim: The Parkland gang have reassured the American People that they only want to have sensible reform. This is a bold face lie. Members of their own group have said give us an inch and we'll take a mile along with repeal the 2nd amendment themes throughout their speeches. Now media, former supreme court justices and elected officials including the Vice President of the DNC have openly called for the repeal the 2nd amendment. Would these officials have a platform without the Parkland gang? Nope.

They are coming for your guns and your right to self-defense.

The push for progressive politics in schools and the push for politically correct speech has fed this movement.  The collective, not the individual is the focus, this is a direct correlation to the communist ideals of China, the former USSR, and North Korea.  The most fundamental roadblock to their agenda is the right to self-defense.

"Political power grows from the barrel of a gun," said Communist MAO.

The conservative/patriot movement, American values such as love of country and national pride is their mortal enemy.

Teachers are pushing American history through the lens of evil. Slavery, evil capitalism and demonizing the founding fathers and soldiers of foreign wars as misguided and murders, brainwashed by US propaganda. The targeting of the south's history during the Civil War and removing history from the public square is exactly how communist movements start. Rewrite history and remove the nation's identity, leaving the citizenry wanting a new moral identity.

The latest push to remove the right to self-defense is the first step and if we remain silent, this next generation will learn a very hard lesson that millions in history have died to learn.

(1) David Hogg interview, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RIRNURx1-3E
"A 2014 Gallup poll found that a plurality of Americans believe the media is biased to favor liberal politics. According to the poll, 44% of Americans feel that news media are "too liberal" (70% of self-identified conservatives, 35% of self-identified moderates, and 15% of self-identified liberals), while 19% believe them to be "too conservative" (12% of self-identified conservatives, 18% of self-identified moderates, and 33% of self-identified liberals), and 34% "just about right" (49% of self-identified liberals, 44% of self-identified moderates, and 16% of self-identified conservatives)".(1)

A Fine example of this is the coverage of Palestine violence against Israel and the language used to describe it. Calling militants  "protesters" and focusing on civilian deaths and not the tactics used by the extremists in the region, using those same civilians as shields.

The U.N. heart of anti-semitic movement against Israel drafted a statement called for an investigation into 17 "unarmed" killed at Gaza's Strip's eastern border.(2)  Statement ignores the fact that troops had been fired upon and weapons used had been removed from the crowd. Rightfully so, the U.S. blocked the statement and stated "bad actors" were the cause behind of the event.

The depiction of the events in that region, always show kids being carried away by Palestinians but never the Islamic fighters who incited the violence. Playing emotions is the bread and butter of the media's agenda.

Another example is the constant rocket attacks aimed at the border towns in Isreal. In 2018, so far five rocket attacks have occurred. In 2014, one attack included 50 rockets that endangered civilians and soldiers. Israel responded with air strikes and stationed IDF at the border. The action led to a fever of anti-Israel reporting, with focus on civilian deaths and not the militants who hid among them.

The BBC, has also been the leader of anti-Israeli propaganda.

Times of Israel reported this in 2017:

"The British news service's preliminary reporting on the attack, in which Border Police Staff Sgt. Hada 23, was stabbed to death, was headlined "three Palestinians killed after a deadly stabbing in Jerusalem "(3)

The article clearly made the attackers sound as if they had no role in the attack and were innocent civilians when in truth, they were armed attackers.

The headline was changed after outrage by many including Donald Trump Jr.  This was the revision:

"Isreali Police Woman Stabbed To Death in Jerusalem."

There is hope for the future of media reporting.

Sinclair Broadcast Group recently released a statement Group-wide that condemned fake news and biased reporting. To no surprise, outrage from liberal media ensued.

"Sinclair(broadcast Group) — the largest owner of television stations in the United States — has recently come under fire for the promos, in which local news anchors read a scripted message touting their “quality, balanced journalism” and attack other media outlets that “publish the same fake stories without checking facts first.”

On Sunday nights edition of "Last Week Tonight with John Oliver" had this to say:

"Nothing says 'we value independent media" like dozens of reporters forced to repeat the same message over and over again, like a brainwashed cult."

So calling out media for their bias and fake news, means your brainwashing? Tell me again Liberal Media, how you give an angry high school student air time while he uses profanity and calls millions of Americans child murders with blood on their hands and when those same innocent Americans who you allowed to be defamed, defend themselves, you claim they are bullying these foul-mouthed highschool kids and encourage boycotts of sponsors of those who you oppose.

Kurt Elchenwald, a former writer for the NY Times and  current writer for Vannity Fair, stated that Kyle Kashuv a survivor of the Parkland Mass Shooting, who holds a pro 2nd amendment position, was  Kyle crazy, who "needs psychiatric help or support " and claimed Ben Sharpio, the editor and chief of the Daily Wire and author of many books, had corrupted Kyle's mind to sprew pro-2nd amendment "propaganda".  In an email sent from Mr. Elchenwald to Mr. Sharpio included this:

If you are new to firearms or have lived under a rock for the last 30 years, you might not have heard about Glock Firearms. If so here are some quick details. In 1981, Glcok GES. M.B.H was founded by Gaston Glock his trademarks:
use of plastics, metal and most notably his Safe Action Pistols Design. Glock Pistols come in various calibers, sizes, and configurations. Today I will be reviewing the Glock 43, Glocks most anticipated release in history.

The Specs:

Caliber: 9x19(9mm)/Safe action
Length: 6.26in
Height: 4.25in
Width: 1.02in
the length between sights: 5.20
Barrel length: 3.39
unloaded weight: 17.95 oz
loaded weight: 22.38 oz
Trigger Pull: 5.5 pounds
Barrel Rifling: Right Hand Hexagonal
Length of Twist: 9.84
Magazine capacity: 6 (single stack)
Two Magazines included one with an extension, one without.
Suggested retail: $550 USD
Actual Price: $448

The Good:

Weight feels balanced and light but keeps the classic Glock look. Slide fit is tight and racking the slide felt clean and took little effort and shouldn't be hard for people with smaller hands or a weak grip to accomplish. Trigger pull was smooth with a mid-way break and great reset. The 6 round magazine releases easily and locks into place perfectly with no wobble.  Sights are the classic fixed Glock style that features white rear and front sights, with easy target acquisition. Shots grouped within center mass at 5 & 10 yards and recoil was very manageable due to Glock's dual-spring design.

Ammo used: (119 grain)American Eagle FMJ, (124grain) Hydra-shok JHP and (115 grain) Tula Ammo steal casing. The 43 cycled it all flawlessly.

The Bad:
(Well not really bad but some things to consider. )

I have large hands and the G43 without the extension on the magazine isn't balanced in my hand when shooting. When using the mag included that features an extension, this was corrected.

To some, the magazine capacity of 6 rounds, would be a deterrent, but if you are looking for an ITWB or ITP carry pistol, nothing beats a single stack.

Overall:

I wanted a new conceal carry that wouldn't print no matter how I conceal carry it. I have tried double stack compact pistols and they always felt bulky and printed especially when carrying inside the waistband. With The Glock 43,  No printing, the guns weight disappeared after carrying for a few minutes and going from sitting in the vehicle to exiting and standing was very comfortable when using my Alien's neoprene inside the waistband holster. Everything about the 43 is quality, I feel very comfortable and confident that it will function as it should in a self-defense situation.  5 stars.

Planned Parenthood, an abortion provider, who just received $500 million from taxpayers this year was a large contributor to the kids from Parkland, joining the list with the likes of Mom's Demand and Everytown to push widely unpopular gun control in the US. While, to some, this might seem like a kind gesture to give a hand to some kids who want to change the world, it isn't.

Why would an organization that has killed millions of babies (the majority of their victims' being minorities) be so quick to jump into the gun control debate?  Simple: marketing and ideology.

Planned Parenthood targets segments of the population that they believe are good for business and marching behind kids, not under the banner of abortions but rather "saving lives". To avoid the "repulsive" reaction by parents of such young kids being exposed to what they do; it simply plants the name to a cause and gets their advertisement to young teens in a clean and non-blood on your hand's type of way.

This sort of strange teaming ups' will become more and more common, the further the progressives more left of center, because by themselves these groups and causes cannot survive and without the billions of dollars funneled by left/socialist elites who wish nothing more than disarming us peasants, for the effect of causing more dependence on government, we must stand strong and resolve to push a true grassroots pushback for our rights. These groups pushing gun control and repeal of the 2nd amendment have a very strong leaning to Communist ideology, made sugar coated to independents via the people who are figureheads of the movement.  The use of "moderated" language, like "sensible" and "safety" and appeals to emotion meanwhile, using strong and profane language against their opponents, under the guise of being morally justified to do so, reaks of 20th-century communism and their transformative tactics for mass appeal.

Mao, powerful communist leader once said:  "Political power grows out of the barrel of a gun."

This movement is a reflection of that ideal, that the ones with the guns, control the destiny of themselves and the collective,  whereby disarming us, gives the monopoly of violence to the government.

Planned Parenthood would fit in future dystopian America.after all, Communist countries enforce limits on how many kids per family are allowed and encourage the killing of babies to justify a stronger common collective. The lives of one never equal the collective good, by this ideological pillar, Planned Parenthood would make a killing (no pun intended) in China.

Riviera Beach, FL — Isiah James is a combat veteran who served two tours in Iraq and one in Afghanistan. During his deployment, James took fire and was hit with a blast from an IED, which left him medically discharged and permanently disabled.
Because of his disability, James was issued a handicap hanging tag from the state since he has trouble walking long distances. However, James’ disability was not an issue with Officer G. Wilson of the Riviera Beach police department.
cop-harasses-vetUpon pulling into a Walgreen’s parking lot, James was confronted by this officer who was on a mission to harass. In a move that he’ll likely regret, as this video will soon go viral, officer Wilson confronted James and became not only verbally abusive but physically too.
Luckily for James, he recorded the assault.
“Officer, I’m a damned disabled veteran,” James explains to Wilson, who thinks he’s captured some criminal mastermind. However, James is squeaky clean.
While trying to tell Wilson that he is disabled, and his handicap tag is legitimate, Wilson slaps the phone out of his hand subsequently cracking the screen.
After being physically assaulted by Wilson, James proceeds to unleash a verbal lashing fit for its recipient. The resultant video is as infuriating as it is fabulous that James stood his ground and refused to be bullied by this cop who had nothing better to do.

HARTFORD, CT — Governor Dannel Malloy has declared Connecticut to be in a state of public health emergency, enabling the indefinite suspension of certain civil rights. State bureaucrats have been granted the broad authority to forcibly detain suspected sick people without due process. The declaration came preemptively, as Connecticut has not yet seen a single case of the virus it purports to stop.

The governor’s October 7th declaration read as follows:
“In response to the epidemic of the Ebola virus currently affecting multiple countries in western Africa, and in order to provide the Commissioner of Public Health and other appropriate officials with all authorities necessary to prevent any potential transmission of the Ebola virus within the State of Connecticut, I hereby declare a public health emergency for the State, pursuant to the Connecticut General Statutes Section 19a-131a, for the duration of the epidemic. Specifically, in accordance with Connecticut General Statutes Section 19a-131b, I authorize the Commissioner of Public Health to Order the isolation or quarantine, under conditions prescribed by the Commissioner of Public Health, of any individual or group of individuals whom the Commissioner reasonably believes to have been exposed to, infected with, or otherwise at risk of passing the Ebola virus.”
– Governor Dannel P. Malloy, October 7, 2014
Rationalizing his actions, the governor said in a statement: “We need to have the authorities in place that will allow us to move quickly to protect public health, if and when that becomes necessary. Signing this order will allow us to do that.”
The recipient of most of the newly-imparted power is Jewel Mullen, Connecticut’s Commissioner of the Department of Public Health (DPH). By having this measure in place, Commissioner Mullen explained, “we don’t have to scramble in the event I need to take action.”
The actions that authorities might want to “scramble” to use is the forcible quarantine of citizens — without charges or trial.
Connecticut General Statutes Section 19a-131a spells out the powers that may be used during the state of public health emergency:
“[While] the emergency exists [the state] may do any of the following: (1) Order the commissioner to implement all or a portion of the public health emergency response plan developed pursuant to section 19a-131g; (2) authorize the commissioner to isolate or quarantine persons in accordance with section 19a-131b; (3) order the commissioner to vaccinate persons in accordance with section 19a-131e; or (4) apply for and receive federal assistance.”
As noted above, the Commissioner may issue an order of mass vaccination at his or her own discretion.
Section 19a-131d states that any individual who refuses to comply with any portion of the order may be punished with with fines and imprisonment for up to one (1) year.
Fending off a police state requires constant vigilance against efforts to desecrate civil liberties. As the current scenario has shown us, a climate of fear — fear of disease, terrorism, foreign threats, etc. — makes it all-too easy to suspend constitutional rights with minimal public resistance. Many people actually feel grateful to see the government absorbing greater powers; taken with the promises of keeping them safe.
The state of public health emergency will remain in effect indefinitely until lifted by the governor.

Former CIA Officer Says ISIS and Mexican Drug Cartels CommunicateA
former CIA officer, now a security consultant who regularly appears on Fox News, told the Laura Ingraham Show Thursday ISIS and Mexican drug cartels communicate with each other.

“We’ve had good intel over the years about al-Qaeda, about their efforts to coordinate with, as an example, Mexican cartels… in an effort to try to exploit our southern border,” Mike Baker told Ingraham.

The one-time CIA employee said there is “a lot of communication” between ISIS and drug cartels and “the cartels are a business… if there’s a revenue stream they can exploit, then they will, and the extremists understand that.”

It is not clear if this intel was passed on to Baker by his former colleagues.

In 2012 a spokesman for the Chihuahua state in Mexico, Guillermo Terrazas Villanueva told Aljazerra the CIA and other intelligence agencies manage the drug trade in Mexico.

“Credibility issues with employees of the notoriously corrupt Mexican government aside, the latest accusations were hardly earth shattering — the American espionage agency has been implicated in drug trafficking from Afghanistan to Vietnam to Latin America and everywhere in between. Similar allegations of drug running have been made against the CIA for decades by former agents, American officials, lawmakers, investigators, and even drug traffickers themselves,” writes Alex Newman.

On July 23, Boston Police Commissioner William Evans told Boston Public Radio (WGBH) that residents of Boston do not need shotguns or rifles.

He said these things in response to Massachusetts state senator Stan Rosenberg's (D) position that there are already "sufficient controls" on long guns at the federal level and, therefore, no need for new state laws giving police additional powers to deny ownership to citizens.
According to WGBH, Evans responded:
I don't agree with that. Having long guns--rifles and shotguns--especially here in the city of Boston. I think we should have, as the local authority, some say in the matter. [And] the federal [government] doesn't really allow us to have the discretion that we want in these particular cases.
...For the most part, nobody in the city needs a shotgun. Nobody needs a rifle.
Evans went on to restate his position that he ultimately wants to have "discretion" over who is allowed to have a shotgun or rifle.

Police chiefs in Massachusetts are blasting state lawmakers for shooting down a provision that would have given them sole discretion over who can get hunting rifle or shotgun permits, regardless of criminal records.

The Bay State, which has some of the nation's toughest gun laws, has long left it up to a community's top cop to sign off on handgun permits. Lawmakers were considering extending that to include the Firearms Identification Card, or FID, needed to possess long guns. But lawmakers, leery of the constitutionality of the law, which critics say can result in law-abiding citizens being denied their Second Amendment rights, have stripped a proposed bill of that provision. This week, police chiefs from throughout the state and gun control advocates converged on the Statehouse in Boston to blast state senators for removing the provision.

“Our position is really very, very simple,” said Wayne Sampson, executive director of the Massachusetts Chiefs of Police Association. “We, as an association, believe that it’s unconscionable that if we determine a person is unsuitable to carry a handgun, that they can then turn around and apply for a Firearms Identification Card, which allows them, by law, to purchase rifles and shotguns. And there’s no way we can impose any restrictions on that. It just doesn’t make sense.”

"It’s all about public safety."
- Wayne Sampson, executive director, Massachusetts Chiefs of Police Association
Sampson, who attended Tuesday’s rally along with Boston Police Commissioner William Evans, the city’s former top cop, Ed Davis, and several other chiefs, told FoxNews.com that the organization’s 351 chiefs are willing to work with legislators to find a compromise, but stressed that no one else in the state’s patchwork of towns and communities has a better grasp of who is fit to possess firearms.

“In our smaller communities, it’s very easy to check how many responses we’ve received for a certain address,” he said. “We know whether it’s a parent or a child having problems, or if it’s a domestic situation [involving a gun]. These are things that are very legitimate for us to take into consideration. It’s all about public safety.”

Davis cited an incident during Tuesday's rally regarding a man who killed an 80-year-old victim and then held a police officer hostage using a shotgun after he was issued an FID card. Davis, he said, learned that the man had mental problems only after the incident.

The state’s local affiliate of the National Rifle Association, meanwhile, strongly favors the Senate version of the bill that removes that measure, and noted other key provisions it contains, including requiring schools to develop plans for students with mental health needs and increased penalties for certain firearm violations.

“Massachusetts police chiefs have had discretionary ability [to issue handgun permits] for decades here and the system has been pretty widely abused as far as suitability goes because it’s left up to the chief to decide,” said Jim Wallace, executive director of the Gun Owners’ Action League. “Some chiefs say they just don’t hand out those licenses, or some are granted for target and hunting purposes only.”

Asked if he had constitutional concerns regarding the House version of the bill, Wallace told FoxNews.com: “I don’t see how you could see otherwise.”

Both chambers named three members apiece to a conference committee on the legislation, including four Democrats and two Republicans. They will now have until next Thursday to reconcile the House and Senate versions of the bill.

State Sen. James Timilty, D-Walpole, said while it’s clear that police chiefs want more authority regarding Firearms Identification Cards, it remains foggy how that will be done without violating rights guaranteed under the Second Amendment.

"The issues of FID suitability, MSBA security upgrades, increased penalties for committing gun crimes, and expanded tools for district attorneys to keep pre-trial violent offenders off the streets are just some of the differences in the Senate and House bills to reduce gun violence,” Timilty said in a statement to FoxNews.com. “I look forward to working with my Senate and House colleagues to come to a consensus on this important piece of legislation so we can make our schools and streets safer............

Northern Border Agent Pulls Gun on Boy Scouts Detained For Taking Photos As Southern Border Collapses
From Infowars.com

A U.S. border agent aimed his gun at a boy scout’s head after another scout took a photo of a government official near the Alaska/Canada border.

Grimes, Iowa, Boy Scout Troop 111 was driving into Alaska recently when one of the scouts took a picture of the official, which provoked border agents into detaining and searching the scouts at gunpoint for over four hours.

“The agent immediately confiscated his camera, informed him he would be arrested, fined possibly $10,000 and 10 years in prison,” Troop 111 leader Jim Fox told KCCI, adding that the agent claimed it was illegal to take photos of officials.

When another scout began removing luggage from the top of their van to be searched, one of the agents drew his gun on him.

“He hears a snap of a holster, turns around, and here’s this agent, both hands on a loaded pistol, pointing at the young man’s head,” Fox said.

The troop was later released with no injuries.

Although Fox was outraged over the incident, Charles Vonderheid with the Mid-Iowa Council Boy Scouts of America told KCCI that they want to make sure the scouts “follow the rules.”

“A Scout is a good citizen,” he said. “It would be a great lesson in civics for that young man and that troop.”

But it is not illegal to take photos of government officials as long as it does not interfere with their official duties.

Simply put, these agents were using the color of law to detain children at gunpoint for perfectly legal behavior and considering how out-of-touch these agents were with reality, it is fortunate that none of these scouts were killed.

This is all part of the Obama administration’s draconian version of “Homeland Security” in which feds are encouraged to target peaceful Americans while Border Patrol agents trying to protect America’s southern border and national sovereignty are ordered to stand down.

“We are simply being ordered to stand down and stop tracking and trying to apprehend the criminals,” Shawn Moran, Vice President of the National Border Patrol Council, told Breitbart back in October.

And the Obama administration’s targeting of Americans instead of foreign criminals leads to constant violations of First Amendment rights.

This past January, for example, a Los Angeles police officer told Infowars reporters and crew that they could not film a wastewater plant from across a public street.

The officer claimed that he had the “authority” to stop them from filming even though he admitted that it was not illegal to film the Hyperion sewage treatment plant in Los Angeles, California.
From Rt.com

A 76-year-old military veteran was arrested for disorderly conduct at a public county board meeting for asking officials to speak up when they refused to use the microphones. The hearing was over a controversial new plant in the area.
The contentious meeting involved a group fighting a proposed US Nitrogen plant and its plans to build a pipeline that would empty into the nearby Nolichucky River in Greene County, Tenn. The meeting - promoted as being a public one - was Friday at 8 a.m., which citizens complained was designed to keep them from attending
In the meeting room, the county’s board sat in a circle around a roped-off table at the front of the room, and did not use microphones or podium behind the table, several attendees said. At least four board members had their backs to the public viewing area.
“They, in writing, presented a ‘public meeting’, but did everything they could to confuse people as to when it would be, having during the worst time of day and while conducting it, making sure no could properly hear or understand what they were saying,” Roberta Drake posted to the Save the Nolichucky Facebook page. “It was all a farce.”
When citizens began complaining, Mayor Alan Broyles, who announced in January he would not be running for reelection, according to WJHL, warned, "If we have any more outbursts from the audience, you will be removed from the building."
At this point Eddie Bruce Overholt, who the Greeneville Sun describes as the owner of the popular CJ Papadops restaurant at Bybee and a well known figure in both Cocke County and western Greene County, stood up and said, "Would y'all speak up until the whole audience can hear you?"
Police, who were on standby at the meeting, then moved to Overholt and removed him from the room with his arms behind his back, as he asked, “Are you throwing me out from a public meeting?”

Overholt described what happened next in an open letter on Facebook, and shared by the Greeneville Sun.
"On the way down the steps the officer called for a transport, but very shortly canceled the transport, saying he was 'walking me down'… He told me his name was Dixon or Hixon, and very abruptly increased the pressure and lift on my right arm, pulling my shoulder up into a very painful position, causing me to walk very awkwardly,” Overholt wrote.
"After a few steps I told him I had a very bad back and hips and would have to sit or lean against something, at which time he lifted my right arm higher and stated that I had no trouble walking forward in the meeting room,” the veteran added. "His next words were, 'You are charged with resisting arrest.' [He] got on his radio and called for backup. Another officer pulled up but did not get out of his car.”
Roger Coen, a Greene County resident who was also escorted out of the meeting explained what happened to him in an open letter:
The motion was being made to be adjourned and I said that [Greene County Chamber of Commerce board member] Tom Ferguson told me that we were able to ask questions but I was told that Tom Ferguson was not running the meeting. I was then escorted out by the police with my hands behind my back to the hallway. Tom Ferguson followed us out and grabbed my hand and said he was sorry that this was a private meeting but the public was invited. He also said he was sorry, that he did tell me we were allowed to ask questions. Then the cop took me outside and made me leave the property so I had to stand on the sidewalk in the rain to wait on my wife while two police officers stood under the roof on the porch watching me.
Deborah Fisher, who works with the Tennessee Coalition for Open Government, told Save the Nolichucky that there is no right to public comment at public meetings, but that the board should have made accommodations for all attendees to hear the proceedings. She urged county residents to file an open meetings complaint with the state.
The Tennessee Open Records Counsel received 42 complaints about the meeting by Monday, WJHL reported.
Greeneville City Administrator Todd Smith sent the Sun an emailed statement on the incident. "At the arraignment this morning, the judge decided to continue the hearing against Mr. Overholt until Sept. 22. Mr. Overholt is charged with interfering with a public hearing and resisting arrest,” Smith wrote. "Since this is an ongoing criminal hearing, we have no additional comments at this time."
The Greene County Industrial Development Board voted at the Friday meeting to resubmit a permit application requesting the Tennessee Department Of Transportation to allow the board to place a double-pipeline along state and county right-of-ways from the area of the US Nitrogen plant at Midway to the Nolichucky River, the Sun reported.

Fort Bliss Soldiers honor a fallen comrade’s promiseEL PASO, Texas — Soldiers dressed in full Army Dress Blues filled the front seats of Mountain View High School graduation ceremony on June 7, 2014; a unique sight, even for a city located just outside a military installation. As Lluvia Loeza’s name was called, the Soldiers rose to their feet and rendered a salute.

Lluvia’s brother, Staff Sgt. Roberto Loeza, Jr., was an Infantry Rifle Squad Leader and Headquarters Platoon Sergeant in Charlie Company, 1st Battalion, 41st Infantry Regiment, 3rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division out of Fort Bliss, Texas. He deployed with the unit to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in 2011. Before leaving, he made a promise to his youngest sister, Lluvia, that he would be at her graduation to watch her walk the stage but unfortunately could not keep that promise.

Staff Sgt. William Berry a member of Charlie Company and a friend and comrade of Roberto, stated that, “Staff Sgt. Roberto Loeza, Jr. was a loving and caring father and family man. His Soldiers held him in very high regard and respected his leadership and presence.”

Roberto died of injuries sustained by indirect fire on May 25, 2012 while serving in Logar Province, Afghanistan.

Roberto’s brother, Esteban, wanted to surprise their sister. He sent out a message through Facebook to Roberto’s old unit asking for volunteers to stand in his place. The call was answered immediately.

Though the majority of the unit is deployed once again to Afghanistan, the Battalion’s rear detachment known as Task Force Stalwart West led by the Battalion Executive Officer, Maj. George Chigi, along with Maj. Christopher Penwarden and Sgt. 1st Class Bernie Brooks, organized a group of Soldiers to attend Lluvia’s graduation.

More than 30 Soldiers from 1-4 Infantry Battalion attended the graduation. Also in attendance were several Soldiers from the Ft Bliss area that knew Roberto well including Penwarden and Sgt. 1st Class Jason Yeazel.

Lluvia was completely surprised by the Straight and Stalwart Battalion Soldiers who gathered in their Army Service Uniforms. Making the event even more special for her, Chigi was given permission by the school district’s superintendent to present Lluvia with her high school diploma.

Lluvia was just as impressive as her older brother; her discipline and drive earned her the distinction of the 4th highest grade point average in her high school. Lluvia’s brother is sure to have been proud to know that Lluvia’s efforts earned her more than $100,000 in college scholarships.

The entire Loeza family was overwhelmed with emotion. They were happy to see so much support from the Straight and Stalwart Battalion for their son and Lluvia. The families of the other graduating students were awestruck by 1-41 Infantry Battalion as it rendered honors to Lluvia, the family, and Roberto.

“It was a very emotional and uplifting event for us and the family. All and all we fulfilled a fallen Soldier’s promise and we did it with pride and honor and represented the 1-41 Infantry Battalion with nothing but the upmost respect and pleasure doing it for the family,” said Brooks, the Charlie Company First Sergeant.

As the 1-41 Infantry Battalion soldiers gathered to say goodbye to the Loeza family, Berry presented Lluvia with a Straight and Stalwart Battalion coin. These coins are traditionally only given by the Battalion Commander and Command Sergeant Major to Soldiers for extreme excellence in the performance of their duties. Lluvia was also presented with a Bulldog Brigade coin.

Under laws passed by the Missouri legislature during the last session, numerous school districts in the state are enrolling teachers to be trained in the defensive use of a Glock 19 semi-automatic pistol in the classroom.

According to Fox News, districts are availing themselves of Shield Solutions training near the Ozarks town of West Plains. These districts pay $17,500 to get "40 hours of training on how to use a Glock 19 semi-automatic pistol for two staffers."
The goal is to have two armed teachers per participating school. However, the identities of those armed teachers will be known only by "school district administrators and local law enforcement." Protecting the identities of those who will be armed models how the air marshal program has operated since 9/11.
Shield Solutions' founder Greg Martin--a former Missouri Highway Patrol Trooper--highlighted how keeping the armed teachers anonymous will prevent would-be attackers from being certain about where or when to strike. Stating that armed teachers would be "like air marshals on planes," he asked, "How many hijackings have we had since 9/11?"
Martin told The Kansas City Star that the few minutes that pass between a 911 call and the arrival of police during a school attack "is just too long." He said having two armed school personnel on campus at all times can step into that gap.

A 73-year-old veteran is being threatened with foreclosure unless he pays an $8,000 dollar fine – all for displaying a small American flag in a plant pot outside his Sweetwater, Florida home.
When Larry Murphree placed the stars and stripes in a flower pot on his front porch, he received a letter from the Sweetwater Homeowner’s Association demanding that he pay the huge fine within 30 days or be slapped with a foreclosure lien on his house.
“There’s an actual Florida statute that says he can display this flag,” legal expert Dale Carson told WTEV-47, an opinion backed up by federal law, contradicting claims by the HOA that Murphee is in violation of recently re-written rules concerning flag displays.
Murphee has been battling the HOA over the issue for more than two years, having already filed a lawsuit against the HOA and settled out of court. “They settled that case and I thought that would be the end of it,” said Murphree.
The veteran is vowing to continue the fight until he is left alone.
“I have a right to have it there,” Murphree told First Coast News. “They’ve got a foreclosure on my house that’s why the flag is upside down. (I am) hurt disappointed that they just keep going after the American flag and after me.”
However, if you thought the situation didn’t sound ludicrous enough, it gets worse. Murphee accuses the HOA of creating a bizarre new rule just to target him which bans the placing of “unauthorized objects” in plant pots or foliage.
“Now they’re saying they can say what can go into a flower pot and the American flag is an unauthorized object,” said Murphee.
First Coast News reporter Ken Amaro noted that the flag is “barely noticeable.”
On top of the $8,000 fine for the violation and attorney fees, Murphee is being hit with further penalties of $100 for every day he displays the flag.
Governments and local authorities routinely harass Americans for flying Old Glory on their private property, a chilling illustration of how the United States is actually beginning to resemble a nanny state.
Last week we reported on how a Texan man was told by his apartment manager that he must remove his American flag hanging on his patio because it’s a “threat to the Muslim community.”
