Florida SWAT Team Illegally Forces Family Out Of Home.

A Swat Team ordered a family out of a Jacksonville, Florida home and then SWAT entered the home after the family left. Deborah Franz, the home owner stated it occurred shortly after a domestic disturbance broke out down the street from her home. Swat came to her door and ordered her out of her house by saying "You'll need to leave, you can't be in your house." Franz stated.

When Mrs. Franz returned home, she discovered her windows uncovered and her Xbox 360 was unplugged as well as the t.v it was connected to. Mrs. Franz, scared she was the victim of a home invasion, called the Chief of Police, who responded by saying it was his men who were in her home.

In the video, Mrs. Franz appears visibly upset and states she feels violated because of the whole situation.

No this is a civil rights violation. They forced her to shelter troops in her home this is a constitutional violation of the bill of rights.

No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.
