Voice Cloning: The Shepard's Staff.

AT&T Labs has developed new software called Natural Voices, a text to speech engine which  will revolutionize voice synthesis. The software currently cost "thousands" but AT&T officials say the software can reproduce "the sounds, inflections and intonations of a human voice." The process of building the algorithm, requires 10-40 hours of prerecorded speech. The recordings are then sliced up into small pieces and entered into a high descriptive database. This method of reproducing a voice is called "concatenative speech synthesis", which AT&T refined to the point that the fragments of speech are the smallest ever seen.

If the private sector already has technology that can create a near perfect reproduction of someones voice, then it's a safe bet that this software has been used in the past and currently for disinformation propaganda.

In the article posted by this site titled "Russian FSB Uses Voice Cloning To Undermine The European Union.", followed how the Russian FSB have used this software to frame a diplomat and secretary of the EU, in the hopes to change the Ukrainians opinion in the conflict.  After posting that article, a few commentators doubted that voice cloning actually existed and if it did, then why did those who were claimed to be in the recording admit to it? Simple. Because exposing this technology would destabilize both population's trust in government, because many political skeletons would come out of the closet, perhaps one of those skeletons could be 9/11.




If Russia who had slipped behind America in software technology,  still had the ability to create a 100% match to any voice than the American intelligence and military complex must have equal or even better software many years before Russia did. If that's the case, could the Osama Bin Laden tapes been faked?After all, it is easy to get people on your side if you have a person and a face to blame. Speaking of blaming, the FBI never officially charged Bin Laden with plotting 9/11 and Osama's wanted poster never mentioned 9/11 at all (wanted poster PDF). Osama never officially took blame for the attacks.


Voice cloning does exist and it will become mainstream news when the governments who are using it, find something better.

The Mindful Patriot's Sunday Movie Pick & Review: Home Front 2013 (R)

Synopsis: A widowed ex-DEA agent retires to what he thinks is a small peaceful town for the sake of his 10 year old daughter. The only problem is the peace doesn't last.

Starring:

Jason Statham, James Franco, Winona Ryder. Izabelka Vidovic.

I decided to watch Home Front because once and a while I like to a watch a movie and not have to figure out the fine plot details or think about what I am watching for that matter, so naturally I picked a movie staring Jason Statham and for an added bonus it was written by Sylvester Stallone.

From the very first scene, actions pours out of this movie. Reminiscent of most Statham movies but with Statham playing a protective father and somewhat of an emotional character, greatly added to the reality of the role. What was more interesting was the dynamic between Franco and Statham.

First, Franco's character looked like a real Meth-head and 100% believable. Second, there is only one fight scene with them in it, which is rather interesting given the genre of movie. Wynonna's Character was rather good at playing a meth whore and she deserves an Oscar for the garage scene...seriously I think at this point it represents her career...screwed.

As the plot develops it does lure you in and make you root for the good guys and the finale is typical but offers a refreshing and realistic climax.

What Do 33% Of Health Professionals and Monsanto know?

I was recently in a hospital visiting a loved one when I noticed a lot of nurses were wearing face masks, I asked if my loved one was on precautions and the nurse said no. I asked why then are you wearing a mask? The nurse happily answered my question by saying "I don't need or want one because I am healthy and I hardly get sick." I asked if it had anything to do with worries about what's in the shot, strangely she avoided the question. A little later, I asked another nurse and she replied with the same answers. Which makes me wonder, do they know something we don't?

In a recent study the CDC said that only 63.5% of health care workers were vaccinated in the 2010-2011 season. The CDC study confirmed my suspicion that a sizable number of highly educated professionals know the truth behind the chemicals that are added to the flu shot. 

Ingredients include:

" Ethylene glycerol is used as antifreeze. Ethylene glycerol and its toxic byproducts first affect the central nervous system, then the heart and finally the kidneys. Ingestion of sufficient amounts can be fatal.

Phenol, also known as carbolic acid, is used as a disinfectant and dye. Phenol was originally used as an antiseptic in surgery but it use was abandoned because it causes skin irritation. Before and during the Second World War, phenol injections were used by Nazi Germans as a means of rapid execution!

Formaldehyde is the chemical used for embalming. It is used in vaccines as a preservative. Formaldehyde is a known cancer-causing agent and it can also cause allergic reactions. Its use in cosmetics is banned in Sweden and Japan.

Aluminum is a toxic metal used as an additive in flu shots to promote antibody response. Aluminium is widely associated with Alzheimer's disease and studies have shown that people who received five or more flu shots during a 10-year period has 10 times higher risks of developing Alzheimer's Disease, compared to those who had fewer than two flu shots. Aluminium has also been shown to cause seizures and cancer in laboratory mice.

Antibiotics like Neomycin and Streptomycin are used as well as antibiotics, They are added to flu shots to kill any bacteria that may be present. These antibiotics can cause allergic reaction in some people.

The Canadian press published a new study that found the new N1H1 flu vaccine actually increased the risk of getting seriously sick, including getting the N1H1 virus.

"Researchers, led by Vancouver's Dr. Danuta Skowronski, an influenza expert at the B.C. Centre for Disease Control, noticed in the early weeks of the [2009 H1N1] pandemic that people who got a flu shot for the 2008-09 winter seemed to be more likely to get infected with the pandemic virus than people who hadn't received a flu shot. Five studies done in several provinces showed the same unsettling results." 

So if vaccines contain toxic substances and give you the flu still, then why get the flu shot?
Because the CDC and government want you too! 

The pharmaceutical corporations, including Monsanto make billions on selling a whole bunch of medications and vaccines that cause more harm than good and not to mention they actively control the FDA.  Don't believe me?

Michael R. Taylor director of the FDA, had been instrumental in overturning the Delaney Clause which prohibited any known carcinogenic from being put into food. With help from Mr. Taylor's research titled "The De Minimis Interpretation of the Delaney Clause: Legal and Policy Rationale"  it was determined to be SAFE for toxic substances to be put in food as long as it was at "acceptable levels" hence the "De Minimis".

Mr. Taylor was immediately accused of helping his good friends at Monsanto.

In 1992, Mr. Taylor was again instrumental in striking down rBGH labeling on milk and stated it posed "no human health risk". After all, cows treated with it produce 10-15% more milk and his best friends at Monsanto make the hormone. In Europe and Canada 95% of farmers have protested its use and activity do not use it.

The worst and most offensive act by Mr. Taylor was to combine the USDA with FDA to have one single agency accountable for providing "consistent and coordinated oversight". In other words, there's only one person to bribe and that is Mr. Taylor. 

Do you trust the government cares about your health? 

Those two nurses and the other 33% of health professionals seem to be onto something Monsanto clearly doesn't want you to know about.

Russian FSB Uses Voice Cloning To Undermine The European Union.

A recorded phone call was leaked on YouTube which claims to contain an U.S. diplomat to Europe and Assistant Secretary for European Affairs Victoria Nuland, discussing frustrations about the current inaction by the European Union to address growing dismay in the Ukraine. In the past few months anger over the Ukrainian Government's unwillingness to listen to the majority of the population has exploded into the streets with protests, resulting in several deaths.

In the recorded phone conversation you can clearly hear both parties allegedly discussing their anger about the EU dragging their feet and letting the conflict continue. At one point you hear what sounds like Ms. Nuland's voice saying "F**k the EU." After she had mentioned the EU's lack of stepping in and taking a stand in the region to help ease the turmoil.

 Russia conveniently timed a P.R. blitz bashing the West for encouraging the protesters and paying agents to instigate more violence in the region. The United States fired back and blamed Russia for leaking the call. The first mention of the leaked call came from Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin's office which is undeniable proof of Russia's involvement in the leak.

This is another planned disinformation attack by Russia's FSB (Russian Intelligence Service) which models their tactics after the communist era KGB.

How could the FSB reproduce the voices of these two people? Easily, by using voice clone software developed to mimic living and dead people's voices for advertisements on radio and phone lines. A little research and you find articles discussing the technology which is currently being developed and isn't available to the public. Common knowledge dictates government gets new technology first and the ordinary folk have to wait 10 to 20 years. Check here for an article on the subject.



This isn't the first time Russia has used propaganda to aid them in getting what they want. Black propaganda or vital disinformation was heavily used to discredit America during the Korean War. Disinformation included reporting that Americans were killing villagers and committing rape on women, at the same time claiming the use of biological and chemical weapons were being used on the civilian population. It would later be found that the Russians were behind the deaths. In the last years of the USSR, propaganda was released that claimed AIDS was created by the United States Government to destroy the black population in efforts to create civil unrest within the U.S.

Other theory of destabilization in the Ukraine is that the Russian Government as increased the mortality rate by using carcinogenic chemicals in the water and air. Since the 1990's the country's population has been decreasing by an average of 150,000 a year. In 2007, the country's population was dying off at the fourth fastest rate in the world and Since life span is shorter than most countries, the Ukrainian government has increased welfare benefits to the highest level in that part of the world, hoping to offset the public's unwillingness to have children.

Treasury Sends Urgent Warning to Congress. Are You Prepared?

Last Friday the US Treasury send warning letters to Congress that stated by the end of the month there will only be $50 billion left in the government's wallet. February 7th the debt limit was suspended due to the October budget deal. Starting on Saturday the debt ceiling will go back to its current level of 17.2 trillion. If Congress fails to act by the end of this month the country will once again default on its debt.




Senate Budget Chairwoman Patty Murray, D-Wash. recently made this statement to USA Today.


"We're now at a point when the Treasury Department will have to take extraordinary measures to ensure the United States can continue to make the payments it owes, including Social Security checks and even tax refunds," she said, as quoted by USA Today. "There's no reason to drag this out any longer."

If what Senator Patty Murray stated is correct and congress fails to act, we could see rioting and mass civil unrest that would consume almost all of the country by the spring, specially if you take into account the growing number of Americans receiving government benefits, which is now around 128 million nationally. 

Are you prepared? Food, water, precious metals, extra fuel, all documentation on family members in case of travel outside the U.S. and self defense items are just a few things every American should own just in case. These items not only are useful in a civil unrest situation but in natural disasters and other unforeseen events.
