DUI checkpoints are for our own safety and as per me Law makers must do everything to reduce drunk driving. As a DUI case is treated equal as just as any other major criminal offense, it makes no difference between a major and minor offenses when it comes to DUI. Nevertheless, you have many ways to defend yourself against DUI charges and get back to normal life.
