Ethan Couch was 16 when he killed four friends, paralyzed another and caused one more numerous broken bones and internal injuries while drunk driving. At the time of the accident his blood alcohol was three times the legal limit. A judge ordered Couch to a rehabilitation center paid for by his parents who are wealthy, instead of 20 years in state custody. The Defense used what now is called the "Affluenza"defense, which consists of arguing that since your family is rich and your parents spoiled you, you shouldn't be held to the maximum extend of the law. Or what I like to call getting away with murder because you're rich.

Ethan Couch, 16, has been sentenced to 10 years probation for a June ...
This defense should trouble everyone who isn't considered wealthy because you, your family or friends could die at the hands of someone suffering from "Afflunenza" and never get justice.  Still not sure their wealth status had anything to do with it? Let's see what happens if your poor and decide to drive under the influence and cause bodily harm.

In Baltimore, M.D- Kwaku Wiredu was sentenced to fifteen years in prison with eight years suspended plus Wiredu was ordered to pay $150,000 dollars to the family of  the victim . Doesn't seem that bad? Well the victim, Jimmy Poleto wasn't killed, but suffered a life threatening injury which caused him to be in a coma for three months. Mr.Wiredu was convicted of second-degree assault and was not wealthy.

Patriotic citizens gathered at gun ranges and gun clubs around the state of New York in solemn protest over the passing of the Safe Act, arguably the biggest infringement of the 2nd Amendment since it was written in the Bill of Rights.

The New York Secure Ammunition and Firearms Enforcement Act of 2013 was enacted on January 15th, 2013. Governor Andrew Cuomo described it as "toughest" gun control law in the United States. Contained inside this unconstitutional law includes: Banning high capacity magazines, even ones that were bought legally. Background checks on all ammunition sales and sellers are required to report all sales to the state. All assault weapons must be registered.  Makes assault weapon features from two to one, essentially making most firearms illegal. Background checks on all sales, including private person to person. Allows police to seize firearms without warrant or court order, only by a reasonable belief the owner might commit a crime in the future.

Here's what our founding fathers had to say about the abridgment of the right to bear arms.

"Before a standing army can rule, the people must be disarmed; as they are in almost every kingdom in Europe. The supreme power in America cannot enforce unjust laws by the sword; because the whole body of the people are armed, and constitute a force superior to any band of regular troops that can be, on any pretence, raised in the United States. A military force, at the command of Congress, can execute no laws, but such as the people perceive to be just and constitutional; for they will possess the power, and jealousy will instantly inspire the inclination, to resist the execution of a law which appears to them unjust and oppressive."
---Noah Webster, An Examination of the Leading Principles of the Federal Constitution (Philadelphia 1787).

"Besides the advantage of being armed, which the Americans possess over the people of almost every other nation, the existence of subordinate governments, to which the people are attached, and by which the militia officers are appointed, forms a barrier against the enterprises of ambition, more insurmountable than any which a simple government of any form can admit of. Notwithstanding the military establishments in the several kingdoms of Europe, which are carried as far as the public resources will bear, the governments are afraid to trust the people with arms. And it is not certain, that with this aid alone they would not be able to shake off their yokes. But were the people to possess the additional advantages of local governments chosen by themselves, who could collect the national will and direct the national force, and of officers appointed out of the militia, by these governments, and attached both to them and to the militia, it may be affirmed with the greatest assurance, that the throne of every tyranny in Europe would be speedily overturned in spite of the legions which surround it. "
---James Madison,The Federalist Papers, No. 46.

2nd amendment"To suppose arms in the hands of citizens, to be used at individual discretion, except in private self-
defense, or by partial orders of towns, countries or districts of a state, is to demolish every constitution, and lay the laws prostrate, so that liberty can be enjoyed by no man; it is a dissolution of the government. The fundamental law of the militia is, that it be created, directed and commanded by the laws, and ever for the support of the laws."
---John Adams, A Defence of the Constitutions of the United States 475 (1787-1788)
"
A strong body makes the mind strong. As to the species of exercises, I advise the gun. While this gives moderate exercise to the body, it gives boldness, enterprise and independence to the mind. Games played with the ball, and others of that nature, are too violent for the body and stamp no character on the mind. Let your gun therefore be your constant companion of your walks."
--- Thomas Jefferson to Peter Carr, 1785. The Writings of Thomas Jefferson, (Memorial Edition) Lipscomb and Bergh, editors

I stand with these New York Patriots and the founders of this great nation by saying no one will take my right to bear arms away from me. MOLON LABE.

The days of peace officers who interact with the community as neighbors and fellow law-abiding citizens has been dead for sometime. Check points, military hardware and a growing view that every citizen is an evil terrorist or violent criminal, has all but destroyed the way police used to behave. If Mayberry existed today, Barney would have kill numbers in the hundreds and no one would question it.

In Fullerton, California Kelly Thomas a homeless man diagnosed with schizophrenia was brutally beaten to death for nothing more than contempt of cop. His death was confirmed to be directly caused by actions of police officers. In the video Officer Manny Ramos was overheard saying "Now you see my fists?" while putting on latex gloves. Thomas replied "Yeah, what about them?" Officer Ramos replied "They are getting ready to fuck you up."  A short time later, Kelly Thomas was non-responsive face down on the street. Five days later, Kelly Thomas was pronounced dead. Officer Manuel Ramos was charged with one count of second-degree murder and one count of involuntary manslaughter; Corporal Jay Cicinelli and Officer Joseph Wolfe were each charged with one count of felony involuntary manslaughter and one count of excessive force. All three pleaded not guilty. A jury would find them not guilty.

When Rodney King, a convicted felon was beaten by numerous L.A.P.D, riots consumed the black neighborhoods around the area. What was the public outcry for Kelly Thomas, a white homeless man? A hundred people with signs and a bunch of keyboard warriors spouting what the would do.

When I was a child, I would play with toy rifles in my front yard and no one would say a word.  In Santa Rosa, California, Sheriffs shot and killed a 13 year old boy for holding a toy rifle. Police only waited 8 seconds before deciding to shoot and kill the boy. Citing Officer safety.

In Honolulu, an 17 year old boy suffered from severe mental illness was shot by police after the boy's school called the police to help control him.

Salt Lake City, Utah- Danielle Willard an unarmed woman was shot in the head and killed while in the parking lot of an apartment complex during a narcotics stakeout. Officers claimed she was trying to run them over. Video evidence surfaced and disapproved the officers statements.

Brian Newt Beaird 51, was shot dead by LAPD officers after a car chase. Brian had pulled over and stepped out  of his car with no weapons and was quickly executed by pursuing officers.

Sioux Fall, South Dakota- Jacob Westberg was shot dead on his door step because a concerned citizen reported that he was suicidal. Before the shooting Jacob's brother arrived on the scene and told the police he  could calm his brother but police pushed him aside.

Orlando, Florida- Travis Mcneil was shot to death by officer Orosa when he pulled Mr. Mcneil. Officer Orosa stated he should have followed my commands as justification for the killing.

Dallas, Texas- Police shot an mentally challenged man. Bennett 52, suffering from schizophrenia was shot after police claimed Bennett lunged at them. Video emerged and contradicts the officers statements.

This is not even close to the amount of  police shooting citizens in this country on a weekly basis. In fact, you are eight times more likely to be killed by a police officer than in a terrorist attack.

Since 9/11 the government has used the shock factor of the terrible event to push citizens into practicing slogans like "See something, say something" which instructs citizens to report anything they think is strange. This only helps to push the idea that everyone is a suspect and it should also be noted that it has had a  negative effect on how police do their jobs, with a new report from the National Safety Center for Health stating that you are:

"...8 times more likely to be killed by a police officer than in a terrorist attack."

Even with this data being readily available, schools around the country are now asking students personal questions about their families, effectively turning them into little narcs.

In Marinette, Wisconsin it was reported by WLUK Fox News 11 that students in grades 5-8 were asked to play a game in which a question was posed and if it applied to you, you would have to step forward. Some of the questions asked were “Do your parents drink?” and “Has anyone in your family been to jail?” But this is not an isolated event by any means.

In the Arlington High School in Tennessee, student were told to take a survey in which some of the questions asked involved their families opinion on abortion, what religion they practiced, if their parents owned firearms and lastly, what their parent's opinion on the legalization of marijuana was.

The Blaze reported the perspective of parents and students regarding the survey:

"April Heath used Facebook as her sounding board after she says her daughter was given the questionnaire at school. In her post, she says her daughter was asked her if her parents owned guns; it also asked for the student’s opinion on the legalization of marijuana, abortion and what her religion is.
Student Phillip Beasley said, “It’s not that big of a deal, it’s just you don’t need to get into other people’s business that’s not yours, you know?”
“To tell you the truth I can’t think of any good reason to do that,” added grandparent Sharon Starlings. “It doesn’t seem right.”
Parents in Arlington say the questionnaire was out of line.
“I would be not OK with that,” said parent Martina Ashmore."

On the website Family Education.com a seven page web blog titled "100 Questions to Ask Your Parents" instructs children on what questions they should ask their parents. Some questions appear very inncocent while others are very disturbing,  some questions include:

1. When you were young, were you involved in any kind of political protests such as for the Civil Rights movement or against Vietnam? Why or why not?"

Are Schools a Soft Terror Target? 4. How often do you go over the speed limit?
8. Did you ever get arrested for anything? If not, did you ever do anything you should have gotten in trouble for if anyone had found out?
34. If there were a war against the United States, how would you feel about volunteering for duty?

Why do schools need this sort of information and why do self described educational websites promote and help train children to turn their backs on the right to privacy in the home? Is it to help the establishment collect intelligence on American families? Is it a larger plot to further erode civil rights by teaching children they are flexible and in some cases non-existent? We will have to wait and see.

Receding water levels have left mud flats along the beach at Ephraim in Door County. News media outlets are now reporting that Lake Michigan water levels are at a record low, but most do not mention water for profit like Nestle, who bottle millions of gallons of water a day and ship it over seas to China as a factor. In fact, most Americans do not realize that water is worth more than gasoline in some places in the world. mainly because of over crowding, pollution and scarcity. Places like Chicago, Detroit and outlining communities who find their tax coffers in the negative, privatize their water supply to the highest bidder and in the process allow them to take a percentage of their water for bottling. Adding to the corporate greed for profit, it should also be noted that Chicago alone uses 2 billion gallons of water a day from Lake Michigan, yet still they claim this has no ill effect on water levels because it is a net loss, but what they fail to tell you is all the water pumped out of Lake Michigan isn't returned like most cities but rather pumped down river.

"The last two decades have been kind of exceptional," said Carl Watras, a climate scientist with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

The Great Lakes and Lake Michigan have a 13 year rise and fall cyclic pattern and usually balance out in a predictable time frame, yet this hasn't happened leading some to question what factors have changed. As usual a lot of Climatologists point to man-made globe warning, which lately in politics is a catch phase to push more governmental controls over the people. Yet, where is the regulation over corporate abuse of natural resources?

"A 1.5 litre bottle of Pepsi's Aquafina, for example, costs around $2.70, but the same amount of water taken from the Montreal tap system costs only 1/500th of a cent."

With profits like that it's no wonder why the responsibility to maintain levels for future generations is not a top priority.

Unless we realize that water isn't a renewable resource but rather a limited resource which through nuclear cooling stations, chemical manufacturing, transportation and run off from various toxic activities in the world, the amount left that can be recycled will be minimal to say the least, which makes me believe it will not be enough for everyone in the future. Or could this be just a long term plan for the wealthy few who own these resources to create a monopoly on water and control what chemicals are mixed with it? What motives would these powerful people possibly have? One could be the profitability of fluoride disposal in drinking water which is a much cheaper way of getting rid of a costly and hazardous waste. After all, the ADA as hailed fluoride's ability to fight off tooth decay, but fail to inform the public of the following side effects of its ingestion even at low levels which include:

- Stomach pain or irritation
- Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite
- General weakness
- Risk of convulsions
- Ulcers
- Cardiac arrhythmia
- Hypocalcemia with nervous system disorders (tetany)
- Dental fluorosis* (discoloring of teeth)
- Skeletal fluorosis* (adverse changes in bone structure or bone strength)
- Development of Osteosarcoma, a rare bone cancer

No matter what you may think one thing is clear, the great lakes are being drained and the water isn't coming back.

"It’s the world’s greatest source of fresh water and we are the stewards of that gift. We have a huge responsibility to leave it in better shape than we found it."

-Senator Carl Levin, Michigan

.
It seems false flags are becoming the norm when the public starts to question government motives or effectiveness. The newest false flag was rather an old play from the "justify the military industrial complex" playbook. Five letters containing a "mysterious white powder" was sent to five hotels around the area of the Superbowl location. Also, other suspicious letter was sent to Governor Christie of New Jersey but did not contain any white powder, which seems rather odd considering what these "attacks" would have accomplished.

I am no terrorist expert but what gain would a terrorist have in sending letters to hotels? Wouldn't it be more effective to sent them to highly visible targets like public officials or government agencies?

This was clearly a false flag to scare everyday people into liking their police, T.S.A, Border Control, F.B.I State police, Transit Authority, etc overseers . After all, what better why for the populace to agree to fourth and fifth amendment violations. Also, we can't forget about 200,000,000 plus dollars spent on our "safety" for a private and corporate event. So why is government pushing the security against terrorist issues? I firmly believe the military industry complex is looking for a new war and for new government contracts, so why not see the American people as the new enemy and American cities as the new battlefields?

If your in doubt about the validity of what I am proposing; just search on You Tube videos on police harassment, brutality and accountability. What used to be peace officers serving the public are now nothing more than another tentacle of the military. This is easily seen by how many times police on video use 9/11 and terrorism to openly stop, search and detain citizens for nothing more than exercising their rights or expressing their opinion about their actions. If that wasn't enough proof, just follow the money and military equipment being sent to small town police departments. M.R.A.B. vehicles, military riot gear, automatic weapons and many other tools of  the trade for war being openly sold and many times given to them for free. Some believe the federal government is getting ready for war with it's people, others may think an attack is imminent, but one thing is for certain, false flags will become more frequent in proportion to the push back that the American people say and do against it.
