10.p.m on January 29, Vidya Kaipa was on a train and captured a intoxicated black man refusing to get off the train but not posing a threat to anyone. An Officer is seen repeatedly asking him to get off the train, when the man asks why he needs to leave, the officer fires his taser at him and he falls to the ground.

So now it's legal for a cop to tase you...well..just because.

EarthmastersNPR will being running a story at 7 pm EST tonight, on All Things Considered about Geo-Engineering with special guest Clive Hamilton who is the author of Earth Masters: The Dawn Of The Age Of Climate Engineering. The topic of the show is planned to be about how nations will use risky technology to address the climate "catastrophe" that is heading our way.

Mr. Hamilton had this to say about what "could" possibly occur in the next ten years.

"So as the climatic emergencies unfold under the next decade," he says, "there's going to be a call for political leaders to do something. Desperate times call for desperate measures. For example, if you spray sulfur particles high into the stratosphere, scientists are confident that will cool the planet. It will doubtless have other unanticipated effects as well — and those could cause political conflict and ecological harm."

It is rather funny how he said "scientists are confident about the effects of sulfur particles in the stratosphere." Did they try it? Are they still using this method?

The people behind the new climate gate are scrambling for something fresh to scare us with and this time they picked something from their own scientific playbook and released it on the populace.

Was it to see if the low information public believes it or even cares?

Could it be that what some consider climate change is actually chem-trail related and used to scare us into a new agenda or order?

Or was it a well intended experiment that went horribly wrong?

It doesn't really matter why it started but it is clear they are already trying to shift blame onto the "evil" conservatives.

To that affect Mr. Hamilton added this:
Australian social scientist Clive Hamilton worries that a climate crisis will invite high-risk solutions.
" The politics of it are, for conservatives, extremely attractive," he says. "You don't have to put taxes on gas or electricity. You don't have to ask consumers to change their lifestyles. You don't have to take on fossil-fuel corporations. And, on the other hand, it's a kind of vindication of man's technological supremacy."

It should be noted that NPR receives all it's funding from donations with a partial budget allocated by the federal government. One of the largest private donors is the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. As you know the Gates are one of the richest duos in the country and they are also one of the largest liberal policy supporters too. It is no wonder NPR is running this story that clearly twists Chem-trails into a future issue, even though it had started in the United States 50 years ago.

The Patriots over at Fair DUI have created a way to help citizens exercise their rights without saying a word at DUI check points. On their website Fair DUI they offer a free flyer to assist in shutting revenue collectors down. Below is an example:

On the YouTube channel  Honor Your Oath, you can see Mr. Gray exercising his rights while filming, open carrying and passing through check points of all kinds.

Mr. Gray also contributes to Photography Is Not A Crime. An awesome resource for anyone who wants to film police and other public officials.

So the next time you find yourself at a DUI checkpoint and you just want to be on your way, try this flyer. I did and I never had to roll down my window and I was on my way. Thanks guys!

Last year the United States saw the quickest decline in the
right to free speech. The new report from the World Press Freedom Index, showed the U.S. dropping 13 spots to 46th out 180 on the index. The study noted the public witch hunt for Edward Snowden and the prosecution of Bradly Manning by the U.S. Government for leaking secret information to the public.

"Investigative journalism often suffers as a result” of a “disturbing retreat from democratic practices,” the RWB report said.

Also used to determine the United States's rightful spot on the index, the report states thousands and thousands of Associated Press phone calls were intercepted. One of those was New York Times reporter James Risen who refused to testify against whistle blower Jeffrey Sterling and now faces a long prison sentence for exercising his Fifth Amendment right to remain silent.

Mr. Risen wasn't the only reporter unconstitutionally attacked. According to the World Press, numerous Journalists have been pressured with subpoenas to reveal sources that journalists need to have so that they can maintain and protect the balance of the citizen's right to know.

So what is the goal of this? Check out The Triangle's Shadow Theory . You will see the chain effect those who want to have an monopoly on control of information and how they also want to keep the  population distracted from the reality that the world we know is changing faster than they can keep up with.

The commander of Iran's Northern Navy Fleet, Adm. Afshin Rezayee Haddad, told Iranian media that the Irianian government would be sending ships to the Atlantic Ocean and into U.S. Maritime borders, which is 14 miles from land. The reason given was to protest the U.S.'s Fifth Fleet presence in the Persian Gulf.

"When they cross into the North Atlantic, we'll start the harassment," says Chris Harmer, an analyst at the Institute for the Study of War.

Michael Connell director of Iranian studies at the center for Naval Analysis, stated that serious interactions happen about twice a year and this sort of cat and mouse game is common.

Common? Maybe in the Persian Gulf, but allowing fully armed war ships in striking distance from our shores, especially near our Capital is scary to say the least.

Iran currently has the Shahab-3 "Shooting Star" missile that had a range of 1,000 miles and is capable of accommodating a substantial warhead. Although it is commonly believed the Iranians do not have nuclear weapons, the possibility is great they do considering their uranium enrichment program, this is not something we should leave to chance.

The U.S. Navy will have all eyes and hears glued to the convoy, given the Iranians antics to start war with the US Navy in the Persian Gulf, that included throwing cardboard boxes that were painted black to look like mines in front of US Warships or flying low over US ships with helicopters sending warnings over the radio,  the Navy will have to be prepared to counter any threat.

The Senkaku islands located in the East China Sea have become a hot issue in recent months after the Chinese once again claimed the territory. The Japanese who received the islands from the US, issued statements that they would defend the islands with military force and have increased patrols around them. Since the ultimatum, China issued a "no fly zone", which the USA and Japanese have largely dismissed as political posturing. The main focus in the media revolves around the two major players in the conflict, yet conveniently ignore the fact that Taiwan has claimed the islands too and in the recent past near wars have broken out between China and Taiwan over the islands. So what would prompt a peaceful sit down? An Alliance and the planning for a future war, similar to how Italy made an alliance with the Nazi's to avoid destruction and to gain more political power during the war.

In the meeting in Nanjing, the Chinese and Taiwanese designed a new communication system, effectively ending 65 years of hostilities. Taiwanese Minister of mainland affairs proclaimed the meeting a great success and called it a "new chapter" in relations between the two once violently opposed governments.

“This will be good for regional stability,” George Tsai, a political scientist at Taipei-based Chinese Culture University commented. "Even if Taiwan elects a new government in 2016, there shouldn't be any back-pedaling on the relationship after ministerial-level dialogue is established.”
Are we seeing the formation of another axis of evil? Time will tell but the agreement made is surely only the beginning of nations picking sides in what will become another global war.

The conservative legal group Judicial Watch uncovered an email that puts serious doubt on the U.S. government's claim that Osama Bin Laden was actually killed. The email which was sent by Adm.William McRaven ordered all pictures of the corpse to be destroyed or turned in to the C.I.A for black out, 11 days after the "killing" of Osama Bin Laden. The order was sent 10 days after the A.P. requested all information and pictures through the Freedom of Information Act.

Adm. McRaven who heads the U.S. Special Operations Command was investigated by the Pentagon Inspector General, who wrote the details of the email in a draft of their report but left it out of the final report.

What a convenient story. The media asks for documentation on the raid and on the killing of Osama and suddenly a scandal appears where an email was written by an Admiral detailing that all evidence must be destroyed including government documents? The Admiral lives, breathes and works in a clandestine, covert environment and knowing all he knows, decides to writes an email that he knew would be requested? It seems magicians are not the only people who understand the usefulness of misdirection.

Instead of fake pictures being leaked(which failed), they simply got a fall guy and claimed the non-release of photos was to respect Islam and prevent more violence. Looks more and more like this was a cover up of a botched raid, considering the downed helicopter and lack of video or photo evidence of the killing or body of Osama.

Most remember how the President and White House staff watched the live feed from the raid and how they looked stunned at the moment of Osama's death. What if that was the look of terror and disbelief of a failed raid? After the word that Osama was killed, Democrats paraded around in front of cameras expressing their love of the president and how great our government was in stopping a horrible terrorist that our government created, funded and deployed in the 1980's.

It seems the pressure to keep our leadership and government image in check outweighs the truth once again.

A Majority of Swiss citizens voted in favor of a referendum on Immigration reform, which marks the largest overhaul of Swiss policy in modern history. Included in the reform is language that now will limit immigration quotas and require Swiss Nationals be given priority in hiring over non-residents. Other member nations that are part of European Union are expected to be vocally opposed to the new regulations.

Laurentt Fabius, Foreign Minister of France, as already called out leaders in Switzerland on what he views as a terrible choice by the Swiss people.

"It us a vote that causes concern because it means that Switzerland Wants to withdraw into itself." Mr. Fabius told RTL radio
Is the European Union's dismay over Swiss  immigration reform really about human rights or is a concern that the Swiss decision is more reflective of future tough decisions that will have to occur to hold back the unstoppable collapse?

Viviane Reding, vice president of the European Commission which is the executive arm of the E.U. Said " (they)..could not pick and choose." and further added "it is a whole package they have signed up for."  Clearly the EU is scared of how this will change the view of current economic status in the E.U.

Switzerland currently is the third wealthiest country in Europe, with a GDP of $44,015.97 and Zurich located 408 meters above sea level on the lower end of Lake Zurich boosts the highest quality of life in the entire world, with a high level of investment, low corporate tax rate and high level of skilled labor. It's no wonder they are closing the borders, after all there will be future mass influx of economic refugees to wealthy countries.

European officials are now in a echo chamber with most sharing the sentiment of Pia Ahrenkilde Hansen, spokeswoman for the EU who spoke with reporters in Brussels.

“We have been extremely clear about what it means to have free movement of people as part of our overall agreement with Switzerland, and we have established that this is an initiative that does run counter to the principle of free movement of people between the European Union and Switzerland,”

Could it be the EU members are mad because the Swiss beat them to enacting policy and not taking what the EU believes is their fair share of responsibility for the less fortunate of the world? Most likely we will see more wealthy nations shutting their doors to save their own people.

AT&T Labs has developed new software called Natural Voices, a text to speech engine which  will revolutionize voice synthesis. The software currently cost "thousands" but AT&T officials say the software can reproduce "the sounds, inflections and intonations of a human voice." The process of building the algorithm, requires 10-40 hours of prerecorded speech. The recordings are then sliced up into small pieces and entered into a high descriptive database. This method of reproducing a voice is called "concatenative speech synthesis", which AT&T refined to the point that the fragments of speech are the smallest ever seen.

If the private sector already has technology that can create a near perfect reproduction of someones voice, then it's a safe bet that this software has been used in the past and currently for disinformation propaganda.

In the article posted by this site titled "Russian FSB Uses Voice Cloning To Undermine The European Union.", followed how the Russian FSB have used this software to frame a diplomat and secretary of the EU, in the hopes to change the Ukrainians opinion in the conflict.  After posting that article, a few commentators doubted that voice cloning actually existed and if it did, then why did those who were claimed to be in the recording admit to it? Simple. Because exposing this technology would destabilize both population's trust in government, because many political skeletons would come out of the closet, perhaps one of those skeletons could be 9/11.

If Russia who had slipped behind America in software technology,  still had the ability to create a 100% match to any voice than the American intelligence and military complex must have equal or even better software many years before Russia did. If that's the case, could the Osama Bin Laden tapes been faked? After all, it is easy to get people on your side if you have a person and a face to blame. Speaking of blaming, the FBI never officially charged Bin Laden with plotting 9/11 and Osama's wanted poster never mentioned 9/11 at all (wanted poster PDF). Osama never officially took blame for the attacks.

Voice cloning does exist and it will become mainstream news when the governments who are using it, find something better.

Synopsis: A widowed ex-DEA agent retires to what he thinks is a small peaceful town for the sake of his 10 year old daughter. The only problem is the peace doesn't last.

Starring:
Jason Statham, James Franco, Winona Ryder. Izabelka Vidovic.

I decided to watch Home Front because once and a while I like to a watch a movie and not have to figure out the fine plot details or think about what I am watching for that matter, so naturally I picked a movie staring Jason Statham and for an added bonus it was written by Sylvester Stallone.

From the very first scene, actions pours out of this movie. Reminiscent of most Statham movies but with Statham playing a protective father and somewhat of an emotional character, greatly added to the reality of the role. What was more interesting was the dynamic between Franco and Statham.

First, Franco's character looked like a real Meth-head and 100% believable. Second, there is only one fight scene with them in it, which is rather interesting given the genre of movie. Wynonna's Character was rather good at playing a meth whore and she deserves an Oscar for the garage scene...seriously I think at this point it represents her career...screwed.

As the plot develops it does lure you in and make you root for the good guys and the finale is typical but offers a refreshing and realistic climax.
